Brightwater launched the first 2 condo towers
in September and they sold out in record time.
There was a huge waiting list of buyers who got nothing.
The demand for Brightwater is by far the largest
for any project launched in the GTA in 2020.
What everyone kept asking about was

Now is finally the time.

What is the pricing?
The prices and floor plans are expected to be released
on November 25th.
We know that pricing is "from $1.2m",
so that probably means that most units will be
a little more than that.
I'm expecting the range to be around $1.2-1.5m,
although we will have to wait for the launch
to know for sure.
What's the deposit structure?
The deposit is not known.
Deposit for the condo tower was 15% over about 18 months.
I expect it will be quite similar for the towns, b
ut sometimes for low rise product builders are
able to do a slightly lower deposit.
What size are the towns?
I have not seen the floor plans yet,
but it sounds like they will be full sized family
style homes of approximately 2000 square feet.
They will have parking spots, rear decks (not backyards),
and it seems like most if not all of them will
feature rooftop patios/decks which is great especially
in this location next to the lake.
How many units are being released
this week at Brightwater?
There will be around 450 townhomes in total
in the Brightwater master plan.
They will not be releasing all of them of course this stage.
From what we are hearing, we expect only
about 100 towns to be released at this first event.
Are the towns freehold or condo towns?
This is not confirmed yet, but it sounds
like they will have a small monthly maintenance fee
for laneway maintenance, garbage removal, snow removal etc.
How do I secure a unit?
Demand is very high so if you are interested
in getting a townhouse unit at Brightwater,
you should sign up right now for the priority list here.
This will ensure you prepared and at the top of the list
for when the prices and plans are released
and the sales process begins.
