2、 Meadowvale社区
Meadowvale社区南起Britannia， 北到Derry，东接Erin Mills， 西到9街。这个社区已经有二十多年的历史了，社区内绿树成荫，公园连成一片，还有密市独有的两个人工湖。置身其中就会感觉到，这里的环境优美，可以和任何一方相媲美。早年居民以东欧国家的移民为主，近来其他族裔也开始迁入，尤其华人在增加。这个社区的秩序非常好，小区内有Meadowvale Town Centre，吃、穿、住、行应有尽有，包括Canadian Tire、Domian等等。另外，还有一些小型的Mall、Plaza 分布在社区的周围，很是方便。小区距401、403 高速公路都在10分钟内，Bus 中转站在Meadowvale Town Centre， Go Train也途径此处。无论你去哪个方向，都会畅通无阻。
小区内Meadowvale 高中很有名气，历年来在皮尔区的排名都是上游，小学的Plum Tree Park也是佼佼者，此外区内还有Miller’s Grove中学等等。
3、 Erinmills社区
Erinmills社区南起Dundas，北到403高速，东起Erinmills Parkway，西到Winston Churchill，如今随着新屋的建设，该区已经扩大到北至Thomas一带。该社区环境极其优美，这个社区的绿地公园之多在密市也是首屈一指的。如果有时间在这里驻足，将会发现很多的行走小路贯穿于社区的茂密树林之间，成为居民健身散步的好去处。位于Erinmills Parkway和Burnhampthorpe交界处的South Common Mall有Wal-Mart、Nofrills，位于Eglinton和Erinmills Parkway交界的Erinmills Town Centre更汇聚了众多大小商家，成为密市西部的购物中心所在。社区的交通四通八达，在South Common Mall有汽车总站，连接 Oakvill、SQ ONE 和地铁，非常方便。到403、QEW 等高速公路也就是几分钟，所以无论你工作在密市，还是附近地区如Brampton、 Oakvill都很方便。

That the Consumer acknowledges entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with the Member.
That all MLS® data obtained from the VOW is intended only for the Consumer's personal, non-commercial use.
That the Consumer has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the VOW.
That the Consumer will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, or otherwise use any of the data or Listing Information provided, except in connection with the Consumer's consideration of the purchase, sale, or lease of an individual property.
That the Consumer acknowledges PropTx's ownership of, and the validity of PropTx's proprietary rights and copyright in the MLS® database, MLS® data, PropTx's MLS® System, and Listing Information.
That the Consumer will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any Listing Information to another individual or entity. The prohibited uses expressly include "scraping" (including "screen scraping" and "database scraping"), "data mining" or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information or any related data.
After the Consumer has opened for viewing the Terms of Use agreement, a "mouse click" is sufficient to acknowledge agreement to those terms. The Terms of Use agreement may not impose a financial obligation on the Consumer or create any representation agreement between the Consumer and the Member.
The Terms of Use agreement shall also expressly authorize PropTx, and other PropTx Members or their duly authorized representatives, to access the VOW for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW Rules) and monitoring the display of Members' Listings by the VOW.
Every VOW must display a privacy policy that boldly informs Consumers of, and obtains Consumers' consent to, all the ways in which Personal Information that they provide may be collected, used or disclosed, including the fact that Personal Information may be shared with PropTx for auditing and/or legal purposes.
