密西沙加位于大多伦多地区的西边，东边与多伦多市相连，南临美丽的安大略湖，西边是大多地区人均收入最高的橡树谷镇(Town of Oakville)，北边是加拿大中部的最大货物集散中心Brampton市。多伦多皮尔森国际机场（Lester B Pearson International Airport）位于本市的东北角。此机场为加拿大最大且最繁忙的机场，全世界排名第28。
密西沙加面积大约290平方公里，总人口约为71.3万（2012年），是加拿大第6大城市。密市的公路网络非常发达。由于城市建于1974年，市政建设相对较新，密西沙加的路直而宽。并且得益于市政府的前瞻性规划，很多主要公路两边都预留了宽敞的预留地，以便以后可以加扩道路。3条通勤铁路 GO TRAIN 及数条 GO BUS 线，连接各小区及各周边城市包括多伦多DOWNTOWN。密西沙加集中了大批的知名公司和大型工厂, 象微软、ORACLE、RIM、松下、LG、夏普，三星，通用电气,福特、丰田、本田 等著名公司都集中在这里或邻近地区。可以说密西沙加是整个大多地区工作机会最多最密集的一个地区。
Sheridan社区是密西沙加中西部一个重要社区。社区边界北面是Dundas大街，南面是QEW高速，东面为Credit河，西面边界沿Winston Churchill南下至Sheridan Park Drive，然后沿Sheridan Park Drive向东至Sheridan Park，再向南至QEW高速。Sheridan社区在1953年多伦多城市规划中被定为商业，住宅，工业，开放用地和高尔夫球场用地。但直到1965年， Sheridan社区主要是用于农业用地和一些果园。1968年在土地统一规划中它被规划和建成了如今的住宅社区。Sheridan商场建成后，周边社区慢慢进化成一个为一商场为核心的稳定住宅小区。社区现有人口14787人，其中66%具有大学或大专学历，社区平均家庭年收入为$127,266，居民主要从事应用技术，商业，贸易，管理，销售等职务，区内主要族裔比例为南亚印度裔（17%），巴基斯坦裔（11%），加拿大裔（10%），华裔（9%），英裔（7%）。Sheridan社区主要分三个地区， Sheridan Homelands, Sherwood Forest和 Mississauga Rd走廊。Sherwood Forest 社区位于Erin Mills 路东，是非常优雅稳定社区，在过去几年里房价上涨得很快，平均售价超过百万元级。该区房屋面积相对较大。适合高端的中产阶级和经理级家庭。Sheridan Homelands 社区位于Erin Mills 路西，主要是45年以上房龄的二层独立屋和半独立屋。此区独立屋售价在$800,000 到 $950,000之间。该区适合家庭收入适中的家庭。由于该区历史悠久，房屋缺乏现代设计理念诸如开放式起居室，整套浴室，可步入式储物间。可能需要不同程度的翻新。Mississauga Rd社区一直蜿蜒于Mississauga Rd，是Mississauga最高尚的区域。该区域房屋占地面积大，树木参天，多为数百万甚至千万级别的豪宅。三个地区中， Sheridan Homelands地区相对来说房屋价格易于承受，年轻家庭和一些长期住户倾向于生活在这个地区。而Sherwood Forest和Mississauga Rd，住户主要是年长家庭或者高收入家庭。Sheridan Homelands 和 Sherwood Forest比较安静，主要街道交通较少，周边公园适合家庭活动，周边主要购物场所只需要较短交通时间。学校教育：社区小学：Oakridge Public School（JK-6）Sheridan Park Public School （JK-5）

社区高中：Erindale Secondary School （9-12）值得注意的是 Erindale Secondary School 高中虽然 Fraser 排名不是特别高，2017全省排名325/738， 但是近几年排名稳步上升，尤其是2017后Erindale Secondary School 被皮尔地区教育局批准开设了IB 课程，成为密西沙加仅有的开设IB 课程的两所公立高中之一 （另外一所为Glenforest），相信学校实力和排名在未来的几年内必将有大的进步。

That the Consumer acknowledges entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with the Member.
That all MLS® data obtained from the VOW is intended only for the Consumer's personal, non-commercial use.
That the Consumer has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the VOW.
That the Consumer will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, or otherwise use any of the data or Listing Information provided, except in connection with the Consumer's consideration of the purchase, sale, or lease of an individual property.
That the Consumer acknowledges PropTx's ownership of, and the validity of PropTx's proprietary rights and copyright in the MLS® database, MLS® data, PropTx's MLS® System, and Listing Information.
That the Consumer will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any Listing Information to another individual or entity. The prohibited uses expressly include "scraping" (including "screen scraping" and "database scraping"), "data mining" or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information or any related data.
After the Consumer has opened for viewing the Terms of Use agreement, a "mouse click" is sufficient to acknowledge agreement to those terms. The Terms of Use agreement may not impose a financial obligation on the Consumer or create any representation agreement between the Consumer and the Member.
The Terms of Use agreement shall also expressly authorize PropTx, and other PropTx Members or their duly authorized representatives, to access the VOW for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies (including the VOW Rules) and monitoring the display of Members' Listings by the VOW.
Every VOW must display a privacy policy that boldly informs Consumers of, and obtains Consumers' consent to, all the ways in which Personal Information that they provide may be collected, used or disclosed, including the fact that Personal Information may be shared with PropTx for auditing and/or legal purposes.
